Chouette petit restaurant de type brasserie pour manger un bout ou boire un verre. Une carte claire et pas trop grande mais qui saura satisfaire une majorité des goûts. Grande variété de bière. Le tout à prix très raisonnable. La nourriture était bonne et bien servie. De plus, nous avons eu de petites verrines pour faire passer l’attente ( qui, soit dit en passant, n’était vraiment pas longue) Le serveur était accueillant, sympathique et efficace. Nous avons passé un bon moment au Silly et nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Bar - brasserie disposant d’une terrasse. Beaucoup de choix de bières à prix convenable. Côté brasserie, une carte pas trop grande, des burgers, des viandes, des tartares, du vol au vent… Nous avons pris une formule à 29€ avec un apéritif, un plat et un dessert. L ensemble est correct mais vraiment rien d extraordinaire. Le personnel est souriant et polie mais un peu long, pas mal de temps pour être débarrassés. La salle est très bruyante car beaucoup de gens discutent très fort en buvant un verre. Pour un dîner en amoureux, ce n’est sûrement pas l endroit.

Je vais encore vous parler d'un ambassadeur Orval. Cette pépite gustative se trouve à Quiévrain. Pour la petite histoire du langage commun.L'expression que nos aînés connaissent ( Outre-Quiévrain ) veut dire au-delà de nos frontières. ( France Allemagne, Hollande, Luxembourg .) Elle est encore utilisée dans les médias et journaux télévisés belges et français. Le Sully taverne à Quiévrain est depuis 2024 ambassadeur de notre noble breuvage. Je vous laisse découvrir la carte des boissons, à des prix plus que raisonnables et un menu Orval. Qui est pour moi, une délicate attention . Si vous passez dans cette région, C'est un lieu sympathique.
